Professional aluminum pallet motorized 2×1 m, provided with 4 swivel wheels with brakes and 4 fixed legs. Our TM500 motorized platform is the perfect option to guarantee a unique and impressive staging.
Its operation is very fast and simple: a single operator controls the height of the pallet simply with the help of a two-way control system, equipped with an emergency switch. During the event, its height can be adjusted, making the visual effect surprising. The height range goes from 46 cm to 150 cm, and can stop at any point.
The motorized platform can be placed as part of the stage and raised above the rest of the platforms and lowered again when desired to give a greater visual effect. It can also be used as a stand-alone unit placed above the stage, giving musicians and singers a greater visual presence.

LIFTING AND SAFETY SYSTEM:
Platform elevation: The TM500 platform is equipped with an electric motor that is operated by wireless remote control (with emergency switch) that allows the platform to be raised or lowered as required by the show. The electric motor allows you to lift the pallet with a weight of up to 250 kg evenly distributed (125 kg/m 2 ) to a maximum height of 150 cm.
The electric motor stops raising or lowering the platform when the remote control operation buttons are not pressed and the platform locks in position. This allows the platform to be stopped at any height between 46 cm and 150 cm, as required for each event.
Automatic stop: The platform is equipped with limit switches, which cut off the power to the motor both when ascending and descending. When the platform reaches its maximum or minimum height, the power is cut off, causing the motor to stop acting and locking the platform in position.
Damping blocks: The corners of the lower frame of the platform are equipped with four highly resistant Silentblocks, which absorb vibrations and cushion the platform as it descends to its resting position, thus guaranteeing maximum safety.
STRUCTURE:
Our motorized platform ref. TM500 has a reinforced structure composed of aluminum frames (EN AW 6063 80-T6 alloy) with high load capacity, which guarantees a Very solid construction and at the same time light and portable. The upper frame, equipped with a 15 mm thick 100% birch wood plywood panel, has a continuous guide design to be able to fix railings and/or skirting boards.
The height of the stage is infinitely adjustable between 46 cm and 150 cm high, thanks to its remote control (included with each TM500 platform).
The base is equipped with 4 fixed legs and 4 legs with large swivel wheels with brakes to facilitate smooth and comfortable transportation.
A special event requires a unique platform and our motorized platform is a perfect option to surprise the viewer.
LEGS AND WHEELS:
The TM500 electrical platform is supplied with:
- Four fixed legs that achieve a minimum height of 46 cm. The legs, with a reinforced 50 x 50 mm profile with rounded edges, are made of high-resistance aluminum and are provided with a terminal injected with non-slip rubber, preventing any movement and guaranteeing a perfect fit on all types of surfaces.
- Four large diameter swivel wheels (Ø150mm) equipped with brakes, which guarantee smooth and comfortable movement of the pallet.
The legs and wheels are supplied in two reinforced nylon bags ref. BLC-03 for easy transportation and storage.
BOARD:
TM500 motorized pallets are constructed from 100% weather-resistant 15mm thick birch plywood.
The panel has a 220 g/m 2 non-slip finish with wire mesh pattern printed with hot pressing process, composed of 11 layers; Each layer is coated with phenolic resin, making them weather and moisture resistant (WBP).
The board is subjected to water-repellent and fire-retardant treatments , as well as treatments against commonly used chemicals . These features ensure the highest strength and durability for both outdoor and indoor applications.
To make this panel safer and more durable, all its edges have been sealed with acrylic paint, preventing the penetration of moisture.
The panel used complies with the following Safety and Environmental Regulations:
- Phenolic plywood board according to: EN 13986
- Fire resistance: Classification B-s1 (according to regulations: DIN EN 13501-1)
- Non-slip behavior: R-13 (according to regulations: DIN 51130)
- Use Class 3 (Outdoor use): According to EN 636-3 regulations
- Weather-resistant phenolic resin: Class 3 gluing (according to EN 314-2 regulations)
- Environment: FSC and PEFC Certificates

Plywood only comes from legal sources and complies with all relevant regulations, including the European Union Timber Regulation (EUTR). For this reason, our panels have FSC ® certificates. and PEFC™
Like our standard pallets, the panels we use at GUIL have FSC ® seals and PEFC™, which guarantee that the wood comes from sustainable forestry.
