TEMPO GROUP

The Tempo Group conglomerate was born by the hand of four young Sevillian DJs, who united their talents and passion for music in the summer of 2019.

The company has expanded into two key divisions to meet the needs of its customers. First of all, Tempo DJ Group established itself as a still active event promoter, specializing in the rental and assembly of high quality stages and equipment for parties and events. In addition, we have adapted to the demands of the market and have given life to Tempo Shop , an online platform and presence in social networks, which specializes in the sale of lighting and effects equipment.

Even though we are a recently created company, we are backed by extensive experience in the sector and our goal is to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience, providing quality products and expert advice on selecting equipment suited to their needs.


ORDERS

Orders will be processed the same day they are placed or, failing that, the next day, depending on the time the purchase was made. The estimated delivery time for these orders is 1-2 business days.

Orders are processed within a period of approximately 3 business days from their completion. Once processed, orders will be shipped and delivery is estimated to take place within 7 to 14 business days. We will provide you with the corresponding tracking number by email within the first days of shipment.

We strongly recommend that a contact telephone number is provided when placing orders, to facilitate communication with the parcel company.

Remember that orders with free shipping have a handling period of approximately three business days and a shipping time of 7 to 14 business days. So if you are still within this time frame, don't be alarmed as the order is most likely in progress or on its way. It is possible that the shipping time may be extended in case of customs hold, please be patient and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the status of the order.

If you want to place a large Express order, that is, more than 25 kg, we recommend that you contact us through our website or via email. These orders are managed individually, taking into account the specific characteristics of the order. We will make sure to provide you with personalized attention and find the best solution to meet your needs and ensure an optimal shopping experience. In case of free shipping, there would be no problem with the weight.


PRODUCTS

All of our products are backed by a standard 2-year warranty, with the exception of the bulbs. However, it is important to take into account that some exceptions may apply and vary according to the specific product, these will always be indicated in the product file. During this period, spare parts will be provided free of charge, although buyers need to cover shipping costs. It is important to note that the warranty does not cover failures resulting from improper installation or misuse, and any physical damage will void the warranty.

If you have a problem with any defective or damaged items, please save the shipping invoice and contact us within 24 hours of receipt, so we can review the problem and resolve it as soon as possible. We offer refunds within the first 15 days from the original date of receipt of the items.
