Warranty and incident form

This form is designed to efficiently manage warranty requests, Technical Support (SAT), Return Product Authorization (RMA), and incidents.

By completing it with your contact information, purchase information, and a detailed description of your request, we facilitate an expedited process to address and resolve your case. You also have the option to attach relevant files that will help us better understand your situation.

All of our products are backed by a standard 3-year warranty from the date of receipt, with the exception of light bulbs, which are not included in the warranty. However, it's important to note that some exceptions may apply and vary depending on the specific product, which will always be indicated on the product information sheet. During this period, replacement parts will be provided free of charge, although buyers must cover shipping costs. It's important to note that the warranty does not cover failures resulting from improper installation or misuse, and any physical damage or internal tampering will void the warranty.

Products purchased by professional or corporate customers are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering only manufacturing or material defects, excluding damage from misuse, natural wear and tear, or unauthorized tampering.

If, upon receiving the item, it is defective or damaged, please keep the receipt and contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. This allows us to review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. No claims will be accepted after this 24-hour period.
