The KORG SV2-88 is the 88-key version of the Stage Vintage series, designed to deliver the classic live experience of historic pianos and keyboards with an instant performance workflow. It features a weighted and graded RH3 (A0–C8) keyboard, 128-note polyphony , 72 factory sounds , and 64 Favorite memories for instantly recalling your settings. Deep sampling with RX Layer preserves realistic noises and articulations (hammers, contacts, releases), creating a three-dimensional feel in the mix and in the room. Menu-free: the panel is always live , so you can adjust EQ, effects, and amps with dedicated controls, and Panel Lock prevents accidental changes mid-gig.

Its EDS-X engine allows layers and splits (up to three timbres per Favorite) via the SV-2 Editor . The 6-stage effects chain reproduces a classic rig : 3-band EQ ; Pre FX (compressor, treble boost , U-Vibe , vibrato, tremolo, VOX Wah ); amp models with Valve Reactor based on a real 12AX7 valve ; modulation (chorus, phaser, flanger, rotary) and reverbs/delays (room, plate, hall, spring, tape echo, stereo delay). The Total FX (stereo limiter) is edited from the Editor. In terms of professional connectivity, in addition to the jack outputs, it offers balanced XLR outputs direct to the mixer, Audio In L/R, MIDI In/Out , USB-MIDI and three pedal inputs ( DS-2H damper included). The SV2-88 does not integrate speakers (for a system with speakers, see SV-2S variants).
