KORG SV2-73 - 73-Key RH3 Stage Piano with 72 Vintage Sounds, 64 Favorites, and a 6-Effects Chain
The KORG SV2-73 distills the essence of a stage piano into a direct and expressive instrument: 73 weighted and graded RH3 (E–E) keys , 128 notes of polyphony , and a curated collection of 72 sounds from acoustic and electric pianos to clavinets, organs, and orchestral layers. Deep sampling with RX Layer preserves lifelike details (hammer hits, contact clicks, releases) for a three-dimensional feel in both the mix and the living room. With 64 Favorite memories and an “ always live ” panel, every setting is instantly recalled without menu navigation.
The EDS-X engine allows for advanced layering and splitting —up to three timbres in a Favorite—via the SV-2 Editor . The 6-stage effects chain replicates a classic rig : 3-band EQ , Pre FX (compressor, vibrato/tremolo, U-Vibe , Treble Boost , VOX Wah ), amp models with Valve Reactor and real 12AX7 tube, modulation (chorus, phaser, flanger, rotary) and studio-grade reverbs/delays ; Total FX (stereo limiter) is edited from the Editor. On stage, in addition to the jack outputs, it features balanced XLR direct-to-table outputs , Audio In L/R for external sources, and USB-MIDI for integration with your DAW.
