The Triton Blue Q-WASH740Z , also marketed as Orion W40 , is a compact wash moving head that combines power and speed with excellent color mixing. Its custom-made optical system integrates 7 40W RGBL (Red, Green, Blue, Lime) LEDs , capable of projecting from a concentrated beam to a wide and homogeneous wash thanks to a motorized zoom of 4° to 45° . With 540° Pan and 220° Tilt with 8/16-bit resolution , it offers fluid and precise movements to cover stages quickly and without jumps.

The fixture achieves 9,500 lux at 5 m (with all LEDs on) and supports DMX-512 (16 or 20 channels ), master-slave and sound activated control modes. It incorporates an electronic dimmer 0–100% with 4 selectable curves (linear, square, inverse square and S-curve), stroboscope up to 25 f/s with pulse effect, color/macro presets and linear CTO with preconfigured ranges between 5,000 K and 8,000 K. The OLED display and 4 push buttons facilitate adjustment on the rig, while the electronics integrate overheating protection .
