Frequently Asked Questions

Is the system installation complicated?
Installation requires mounting the amplifier in the wall and the speakers in the ceiling, so it is recommended that this be done by someone with DIY skills or a professional. The kit includes the mounting box and everything needed to facilitate the process.

Can I connect my TV to this sound system?
Yes, you can connect your TV's audio output to the amplifier's line input (AUX) for a much more powerful and immersive sound than that of the TV's speakers.

Are the speakers suitable for installation in a bathroom?
The speakers have an IP20 rating, meaning they are not protected against moisture. Installation is not recommended in areas with high condensation or where they may be splashed with water, such as inside a shower. They are suitable for dry areas in large, well-ventilated bathrooms.

What is the maximum cable length I can use for the speakers?
The kit includes 20 meters of cable, which is sufficient for most standard installations. For longer distances, a longer cable can be used, but it is recommended to use a speaker wire with a larger gauge to avoid any loss of sound quality.
