Power Dynamics BD30TB - Indoor and Outdoor Wall Speaker 100V Black

The Power Dynamics BD30TB is a wall-mounted loudspeaker specifically designed to deliver high-quality sound performance both indoors and outdoors. Part of the BD series, this loudspeaker is built to withstand harsh weather conditions without compromising audio clarity and fidelity. Its robust design and compact profile make it ideal for a wide range of sound reinforcement applications, from commercial installations to residential spaces.

Equipped with a 3-inch full-range speaker, the BD30TB reproduces mid and high frequencies with excellent clarity. To enhance the bass response, it incorporates a passive radiator on the back that boosts low frequencies, providing a richer and more balanced sound than its compact size might suggest. Its versatility is one of its greatest strengths, making it perfect for providing music at outdoor events, pool areas, gardens, patios, or even for use on boats and in marine applications where durability is essential.

Main Features

Weatherproof Construction: The housing is made of high-strength ABS plastic and features an aluminum grille, materials that ensure exceptional durability against corrosion and impact. It also has UV protection to prevent fading and deterioration from prolonged sun exposure.

IPX5 Certification: Its IPX5 protection rating ensures the speaker is fully protected against low-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes it perfectly suitable for outdoor installations where it can be exposed to rain without damage.

Versatile Audio System: The BD30TB integrates a 100V line transformer with multiple power taps (1.25W, 2.5W, 5W, 10W), allowing for precise volume control in large installations and the connection of multiple speakers in parallel. It also offers the option of operating at an 8-ohm impedance, making it compatible with conventional amplifiers.

Flexible Mounting: A metal mounting bracket is included, allowing the speaker to be securely installed in either a horizontal or vertical position. This bracket also allows you to angle the speaker to optimally direct the sound towards the listening area.

Product Benefits

Reliable Sound in Any Environment: Designed to operate in a wide temperature range, from -20°C to 60°C, this speaker guarantees consistent performance in virtually any climate.

Simplified Professional Installation: Compatibility with 100V systems is ideal for commercial and large-scale projects, as it facilitates long cable runs with minimal signal loss and easy connection between multiple units.

Full Range Audio in a Compact Design: The combination of the 3-inch driver and passive bass radiator delivers a full listening experience, ideal for background music and announcements with superior vocal clarity.

Aesthetic Integration: Its black finish and small dimensions allow the speaker to be discreetly integrated into any type of architecture, whether on a wall, under an eave or on a porch.

Use Cases

This speaker is the perfect choice for sound reinforcement on restaurant and bar terraces, private gardens, pool areas, patios, theme parks, and other outdoor common areas. It is also ideal for marine applications on boats and for indoor environments with high humidity, such as spas, changing rooms, or greenhouses.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the speakers sold individually or in pairs?
