KORG opsix module - 19" “Altered FM” digital synthesizer module with 80 voices and Poly Aftertouch support
The Korg opsix module brings the acclaimed Altered FM synthesis of the opsix mk II to a 19" rack-mount or desktop module , while retaining the iconic Operator Mixer that simplifies FM, making it fast, visual, and creative. This version adds support for MIDI 2.0 Property Exchange and Polyphonic Aftertouch for exploiting per-note nuances with modern controllers (e.g., Keystage), and offers a maximum polyphony of 80 voices in a lightweight, portable chassis. It's fully compatible with sounds from the original opsix, opsix mk II , opsix SE , and opsix native software, so you can swap libraries and projects seamlessly. The panel retains all the controls from the keyboard models, with professional-grade connectivity and a clean integration layout (recessed rear-panel connectors and stand-mounted feet for desktop-mounted front panels).
