The KORG multi/poly module packs all the sonic power of a keyboard multi/poly into a lightweight ( 1.7 kg ) 19" desktop/rackmount format that's extremely practical for both studio and live applications. Inspired by the legendary Mono/Poly , this module combines next-generation oscillators and filters with ultra-precise analog modeling that recreates real-life component variations using Virtual Voice Cards . Each voice can feature subtle phase differences, pitch drift, evolving envelopes, and continuous resonance, producing more organic and “lively” tones. Added to this are presets for envelope bend , VCA responses , and portamento models based on classic machines (Mono/Poly, MS-20, “Mini”, “Pro”, Odyssey , etc.), plus support for MIDI 2.0 Property Exchange and Polyphonic Aftertouch , making it the perfect companion to the KORG Keystage controller.

Its redesigned front panel fits a standard 19" rack, and the recessed rear panel makes cabling easier, even when stacked. For desktop use, it includes angle-adjustable stands for a flatter (standing-room performance) or more upright (seated-room programming) position. All while maintaining the same multi/poly workflow: four Layers per Performance with Layer Rotate , multi-channel Motion Sequencing 2.0 , Kaoss Physics , studio-quality effects, and up to 60 voices of polyphony (depending on your setup).
