High-strength aluminium modules for the composition of choir stands with curved shapes . (Net weight: 11 Kg)
The GRT-2 choir risers combine design with strength, versatility and stability. Their quick and easy assembly and special trapezoidal design (dimensions: 1245 x 500 x 1070 mm) make our risers the perfect solution for creating curved risers.
Note: These modules can be combined with the straight modules ref. GR-2 to provide another alternative for making large format curved stands.
GRT-2 modules can be used for both permanent (indoor use ) and temporary ( outdoor use ) installations. Thanks to their versatile design, GRT-2 modules allow us to configure stands with as many levels as necessary. Contact our technical department to design the choir riser that best suits your needs.
The grandstand modules can be assembled with different types of legs as needed,
– Fixed height legs.
– Fixed height legs with leveler (adjustable in 5 cm).
– Telescopic design legs that allow height adjustment millimetre by millimetre.
The choir modules incorporate four brackets made of high-strength aluminium, each of them fixed to the frame by means of 4 M8 screws; guaranteeing maximum strength and durability. The legs are housed in these brackets quickly and easily using the ergonomically designed metal knob that guarantees maximum fixation and resistance.
Each choir module ref. GRT-2 is supplied with two joining systems that guarantee maximum safety when assembling choir stands: TMU-01 and TMU-02
GRT-2 modules are equipped with a 15 mm thick phenolic plywood (WBP) board composed of layers glued with weather and water resistant phenolic resin.
The board used is specially designed for those applications where anti-slip properties are required along with high wear resistance. The multi-layer construction ensures that the board is very compact and resistant.
The panel is subjected to water-repellent treatments, as well as treatments against commonly used chemicals. These features guarantee the highest resistance and durability for both outdoor and indoor applications. To make this panel safer and more durable, all its edges have been sealed with acrylic paint (according to BFU 100) preventing the penetration of moisture.

The board used, made ONLY from birch wood, is specially designed for those applications where anti-slip properties are required along with high wear resistance. The multi-layer construction ensures that the board is very compact and resistant.

NOTE: Our choir riser modules are designed for indoor and outdoor use. Important: The panel is water resistant, NOT WATERPROOF. In case of rain, humidity or other inclement weather, they should be dismantled and stored (they can withstand short periods of exposure to rain and humidity). They are not designed to be used as a permanent outdoor installation where they are exposed to extreme conditions year round.
The module ref. GRT-2 is built with a strong aluminium frame with a high load capacity. Provided with a TRIPLE FASTENER SYSTEM for fastening the board to the profile using:
The panel is fixed to the frame structure using high-strength foam, stainless steel screws, and silicone, thus avoiding possible noise and vibrations and providing the choir stand with great resistance to inclement weather.
The profile with multifunctional continuous guide design guarantees quick and easy joining of the modules together and allows for simple adaptation of a wide variety of accessories quickly and easily (railings, access stairs, skirting, cladding).

The choir modules can be assembled with three different versions of legs: fixed legs, fixed legs with adjustable spindle and telescopic legs .
– PTA5-F : Legs for a fixed height
– PTA5-N : Fixed height legs with levelling spindle
– PTA5-T : Telescopic legs adjustable millimetre by millimetre.

Note: The different levels of the choir stands are connected to each other using the joining system ref. TMU-12 (not included).
This connection system allows the levels to be joined together using the profile guides in a quick and easy way.
