High-strength aluminium modules for the composition of choir stands with straight shapes .

GR-2 choir stands combine design with strength, versatility and stability. Their quick and easy assembly, together with the possibility of manufacturing any shape, makes our stands the perfect solution for any type of choir; both for those who perform standing and for those who want to place chairs (special measurements).

Note: These modules can be combined with the trapezoidal modules ref. GRT-2 to provide another alternative for making curved steps.

GR-2 modules can be used for both permanent ( indoor use ) and temporary ( outdoor use ) installations. Thanks to their versatile design, GR-2 modules allow us to configure stands with as many levels as necessary. Contact the technical department to design the choir riser that best suits your needs.

GR-2 modules are manufactured with the following standard measurements :

* 2 x 0.5 m: Ref. GR-2/2X0.5 – Net Weight: 20 kg
* 1.5 x 0.5 m: Ref. GR-2/1.5X0.5 – Net Weight: 14 kg

Other measurements can be manufactured on request (2x1m / 1x1m, etc.); the stands can be used for seated musicians and choristers.

The grandstand modules can be assembled with different types of legs as needed,

– Fixed height legs.
– Fixed height legs with leveler (adjustable in 5 cm).
– Telescopic design legs that allow height adjustment mm by mm.

The choir modules incorporate four brackets made of high-strength aluminium, each of them fixed to the frame by means of 4 M8 screws; guaranteeing maximum strength and durability. The legs are housed in these brackets quickly and easily using the ergonomically designed metal knob that guarantees maximum fixation and resistance.

Each choir module ref. GR-2 is supplied with two joining systems that guarantee maximum safety when assembling choir stands: TMU-01 and TMU-02

BOARD:

The panel is subjected to water-repellent treatments, as well as treatments against commonly used chemicals. These features guarantee the highest resistance and durability for both outdoor and indoor applications. To make this panel safer and more durable, all its edges have been sealed with acrylic paint (according to BFU 100) preventing the penetration of moisture.

The board used, made ONLY from birch wood, is specially designed for those applications where anti-slip properties are required along with high wear resistance. The multi-layer construction ensures that the board is very compact and resistant.

The panel used complies with the following Regulations and Standards:

NOTE: Our choir riser modules are designed for indoor and outdoor use. Important: The panel is water resistant, NOT WATERPROOF. In case of rain, humidity or other inclement weather, they should be dismantled and stored (they can withstand short periods of exposure to rain and humidity). They are not designed to be used as a permanent outdoor installation where they are exposed to extreme conditions year round.

FRAME:

The GR-2 module is built with a strong aluminium frame with great load capacity.

Provided with a TRIPLE FASTENER SYSTEM for fastening the board to the profile using:

• High hold foam
• Stainless steel screws
• Silicone

The panel is fixed to the frame structure using high-fixation foam, 4 mm stainless steel screws, and silicone, thus avoiding possible noise and vibrations and providing the choir stand with great resistance to inclement weather.

The profile with multifunctional continuous guide design guarantees quick and easy joining of the modules together and allows for simple adaptation of a wide variety of accessories quickly and easily (railings, access stairs, skirting, cladding).
