The JBL Professional VTX-A6 is a subcompact , 2-way passive line array that brings the flagship technology of the VTX Series to touring and installation environments where space is at a premium. It features two 6.5" JBL 2186J Differential Drive® woofers (dual voice coil/dual air gap, neodymium magnet) and a 3" JBL 2433H annular diaphragm compression driver , coupled with the RBI™ (Radiation Boundary Integrator) driver for uniform 110° horizontal coverage from 500 Hz to 16 kHz. The A Series' auto-lock rigging allows angles to be set on the ground and automatically locked during hoisting, in fine steps from 0.5° to 15° . With a nominal impedance of 10 Ω , max SPL 100 dB. 134 dB peak , 67 Hz–20 kHz (−10 dB) and native compatibility with Crown I-Tech 4×3500HD , the A6 delivers high performance with simple wiring (up to 4 enclosures per channel ), while maintaining a robust, IP55 and low-maintenance enclosure.
