The JBL Professional MTU-266-99 is a metal U-shaped mounting bracket designed specifically for the AC266 and AC299 AE Series (AE Expansion) loudspeakers. It provides a secure wall or ceiling mounting method, allowing for precise cabinet orientation and a clean, professional installation. It is available in black (-99) and white (-WH) finishes to blend seamlessly into various architectural environments.
The kit includes essential speaker mounting hardware and an Allen wrench, and features multiple anchor points with standardized diameters to accommodate various substrates and construction hardware. The bracket geometry is optimized for AC266/AC299 chassis, ensuring proper clearance and load distribution. It is not compatible with WRC/WRX (factory weatherproof) speaker versions, which require specific hardware.
