The JBL Professional Control 62P is a mid-high satellite pendant speaker designed for spaces with open ceilings or where aesthetics require discreet devices. Featuring a 60 mm (2.5") driver with a 140° conical pickup pattern, it delivers wide, even coverage for vocals and background music . Optimized for use with an external high-pass filter , it can be integrated as a satellite into sub/satellite systems. For full-bandwidth sound, up to four units can be powered from a JBL Control 50S/T (wall-mounted) or Control 40CS/T (ceiling-mounted) subwoofer, or combined with Control 52 (surface-mounted) and Control 42C (in-ceiling-mounted) satellites while maintaining the same sonic signature.
Its robust construction makes it ready for installation: HIPS enclosure , paintable zinc-plated steel grille, Euroblock connectors , and two suspension systems (main and backup) with 4.5 m galvanized steel cable and infinitely adjustable Gripple turnbuckles. It meets IP44 (splashproof) standards and exceeds MIL-Spec 810 environmental tests, with UL safety listings for both the speaker and the rigging system. This package contains two black units .
