The JBL Professional Control 322C is a 12″ coaxial ceiling loudspeaker designed to deliver high SPL , excellent intelligibility , and extremely consistent 90° coverage in professional installations. The specially designed metal baffle acts as a large-diameter waveguide for the tweeter, maintaining consistent directivity across the broadband and reducing the number of points required per zone. Its transducer array combines a 300 mm Kevlar-reinforced woofer with a 75 mm voice coil and a medium-format compression driver (37 mm diaphragm), driven by a steep crossover network for a smooth and natural midrange. The 322C operates at 8 Ω ; for 70/100 V distributed lines, the external MTC-300T150 transformer can be used, or the 322CT version with an integrated transformer can be selected.
Installation is quick and secure thanks to the EZRail™ system, which holds the speaker in place during mounting, and the locking plug-in connector with screw terminals (loop-through included). For plenum use and enhanced bass response, JBL offers the MTC-300BB12 (3 ft³) rear enclosure made of 16-gauge sheet metal with an MDF interior, designed for air handling when installed according to regulations. With a sensitivity of 95 dB , IEC power rating of 400 W (2 h) , and a maximum SPL of 121 dB , the Control 322C covers large areas with a discreet aesthetic and a clean ceiling finish.
