The JBL Professional AW295 is a high-power passive system for fixed installation that combines a 12" JBL 2262H woofer with Differential Drive® technology and a JBL 2432H compression driver (1.5" exit, 3" voice coil). Both operate on a large-format PT™ (Progressive Transition) waveguide with 90° × 50° coverage . The horn is rotatable , so the pattern is maintained in both vertical and horizontal mounting. Note: Official materials may show a non-LS unit; the sealed parts apply to the AW295-LS submodel (compliant with EN 54-24).
Its all-weather construction is genuine: a 100% hand-laminated fiberglass enclosure with heavy-duty bracing and a three-layer stainless steel grille with open-cell foam and mesh. It incorporates an internal 400W transformer for 70/100V (400/200/100W outlets at 70V and 400/200W at 100V) and operates at 8 Ω . It has an IP55C environmental rating and comes with a corrosion-resistant U-shaped mounting bracket .

Is the AW295 EN 54-24 certified? No. That certification applies to the AW295-LS , which also uses sealed components. The standard AW295 shares the same acoustic architecture, but not the certification.
