FOCAL ALPHA EVO 80 – Studio Monitor
The FOCAL ALPHA EVO 80 is a 2-way active studio monitor “Made in France” designed to deliver powerful bass and crystal-clear highs with exceptional neutrality. It features an 8″ Slatefiber cone woofer and a 1″ inverted aluminum tweeter, both powered by Class D amplification (80 W for bass/midrange and 35 W for treble), totaling 115 W of optimized power. Its bass-reflex design with large-section laminar ventilation guarantees bass extension from 38 Hz to 22 kHz (± 3 dB) and a maximum SPL of 106 dB at 1 m, without noticeable distortion. It features XLR, TRS, and RCA connections, sensitivity controls, auto-standby switch, and analog filters (LF Shelving and HF Shelving) for precise calibration in any room, as well as wall or ceiling mounting options.
