The Electro-Voice EVID-S10.1DB is a 2x10" passive subwoofer module designed to reinforce low frequencies in EVID-S systems and other commercial background/foreground music installations, both indoor and outdoor . Its molded polypropylene enclosure with zinc-plated steel grille is weatherized ( IP54 as standard and IP65 with the supplied port plugs ), offering durability against sun, salt and moisture. It integrates two 10" high-excursion woofers (polypropylene cone, 2" voice coil) delivering 400 W continuous (1600 W peak), 94 dB sensitivity and up to 120 dB SPL (126 dB peak), with a usable range of 33–500 Hz (-10 dB) .

Flexible connection via 2 × 4-pole Euroblock connectors (input and output/link) and a rear-panel stereo/mono switch : 2 × 8 Ω stereo or 1 × 4 Ω mono. A 40 Hz / 24 dB/oct high-pass filter is recommended for system protection. The system is designed for mounting using 4 M8 mounting points at the top, plus a rear safety M8 mounting point , and is compatible with a U-bracket (accessory). Available in RAL 9004 black for discreet aesthetic integration.
