The Electro-Voice EKX-15 is a 2-way passive full-range loudspeaker featuring a 15" EVS-15M woofer and a 1" DH-1M titanium-diaphragm compression driver, loaded onto a 90° × 60° constant directivity waveguide featuring patented SST (Signal Synchronized Transducers) technology. Designed for portable PA and fixed installations, it employs a 15mm plywood enclosure with internal bracing and EVCoat finish, eight M10 rigging points , an aluminum pole socket , and metal handles for heavy-duty use. It delivers up to 132 dB SPL peak with 400 W continuous (1600 W peak) , 96 dB sensitivity (1 W/1 m), and a 50 Hz–20 kHz (-10 dB) / 75 Hz–18 kHz (-3 dB) response. It incorporates a double NL4 connector for easy wiring and can also be used as a stage monitor thanks to the integrated 40° angle .
