sE Electronics DM2 TNT – Active inline preamp with switchable gain
The DM2 TNT is an ultra-compact inline preamp that boosts dynamic and passive ribbon microphones with either +15 dB or +30 dB of clean gain via an integrated switch. Based on the DYNAMITE technology of the DM1, it offers a frequency range of 10 Hz–120 kHz and eight impedance settings (50 Ω–10 MΩ) to perfectly match any capsule without overloading the signal. It operates on 48 V phantom power and features a steel inline design that allows it to be placed directly between the microphone and cabling, eliminating the need for bulky external preamps.
Main features
- Switchable gain: +15 dB or +30 dB for boost as needed.
- Adjustable Impedance: 8 positions from 50 Ω to 10 MΩ to optimize any microphone.
- Frequency range: 10 Hz – 120 kHz (–0.3 dB) for maximum fidelity.
