The BSS EC-4BV-BLK is an Ethernet wall controller from the Soundweb Contrio family for HARMAN HiQnet ecosystems. From its single Ethernet port with PoE, it allows you to configure, control and monitor BSS Soundweb London devices and other HiQnet equipment such as the Crown DCi , with very agile commissioning using HiQnet Audio Architect via drag-and-drop . This black version is offered in a single-gang US Decora or EU format, for a clean and standardized finish.

Its interface combines a push-button rotary encoder , a multi-color LED ring , four backlit buttons and a 64x128 px multi-color LCD display . The ring can act as a VU meter , display the volume level while turning and signal binary states when pressed (e.g. mute). The 8 available colors (with adjustable brightness) make it easy to code zones or functions. It incorporates a Sleep function (LEDs turn off due to inactivity), remote lock/unlock and local unlocking by 4-digit PIN , as well as a Locate button to identify the panel from the software.
