SECURITY:
The ULK 600 tower is manufactured using the most advanced welding equipment, carefully selecting the materials used and controlling the quality of all its components throughout its production. This ensures maximum safety and stability, always meeting the requirements of strength, stability, lightness, and maneuverability required for lifting loads.
Thanks to its special system for loading onto vehicles, the convenient placement of the load to be lifted, and its simple and quick assembly, this tower is considered one of the most functional on the market.
The ULK 600 is equipped with three safety systems that guarantee maximum reliability during the lifting and lowering process.
1.- Security system of the Self-braking double-crank winch : Once the desired height is reached, when the winch lever is released, its braking mechanism begins to act, preventing rollback and stopping the load at the desired height.
2.- ASB System (Automatic Safety Locking System): Composed of handles that allow the technician to lock/unlock each of the elevator sections.
3.- IPB System (Internal Pendulum Brake): It is an extra safety system composed of an internal pendulum system, which is automatically activated in each section when it suffers a small fall speed and is unlocked by activating a trigger that each section has.
The ULK 600 towers are equipped with the MSU System (Section Unlocking System): Release trigger to unlock the internal pendulum brake without having to completely disassemble the tower.
VERY IMPORTANT: ULK TOWERS ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR LIFTING PEOPLE.
Important: For outdoor installation, the structure must be secured with cables, slings, chains, etc. to prevent any unexpected movement due to strong winds.

BASE:
Compact base measuring 540 x 760 mm, made of steel with a double-treated epoxy textured paint finish for outdoor use.
> The base is provided with:
– 4 swivel wheels Highly resistant (Ø100 mm), which allow the ULK 600 tower to be transported to your workplace with minimal effort (its dimensions allow access through standard-sized doors and corridors).
– 2 Fixed wheels (Ø150 mm) whose function is to facilitate horizontal tipping .
– 4 reinforcement made of steel with dual function:
1. For greater resistance in working position.
2. To protect the telescopic sections when loading the tower in a horizontal position.
Its four removable steel legs are equipped with double-threaded leveling spindles for maximum effort work, with ergonomically designed, highly impact-resistant injected nylon knobs and non-slip discs designed for a perfect grip on all types of surfaces.
PROFILES:
Its five profiles made of high-strength aluminum are extensible by means of sets of pulleys with bearings (covered with nylatron bushings) and special anti-torsion galvanized steel cable of Ø 6 mm with inner steel core (Composition: 7×19+0) specially designed for lifting loads, (DIN 3060).
Oversized “U” shaped steel plate for securing the tower (mast) profiles to the base.
FORKS:
The ULK 600 tower is equipped with reinforced steel forks measuring 650 x 60 x 60 mm, where the load to be lifted is secured at a height of 30 cm from the ground, facilitating quick and easy positioning of the load (with magnetic pins for rapid assembly).
Forks have 3 fundamental characteristics:
– Reversible design ; allows the forks to be placed in two different positions, thereby achieving greater height and better load positioning.
– Adjustable design ; to accommodate different sizes of loads.
– Detachable design ; for convenient transport and storage of the tower.
APPLICATIONS:
TRANSPORT:
For horizontal transport and quick and easy loading onto vehicles, the ULK 600 tower is fitted with four heavy-duty wheels (Ø150 mm): Two are positioned at the base (which facilitate horizontal tipping), and the other two are positioned under the winch, protecting it from knocks and helping it stay in a horizontal position.
The special design of its base allows the tower to be lifted onto the truck using a forklift.
