▪ GUARANTEED SECURITY

The Ground Supports are equipped with a special anti-fall safety system with a rack-trigger; the sections of the structure where the die slides incorporate a welded rack mechanism, with perforations in which, in the extreme case of chain breakage, the safety trigger would be anchored, immediately blocking the section of the tower (preventing any displacement of the load).

▪ MODULAR MAST

Made up of five reinforced sections with a quadrangular section of 400 x 400 mm (Ø 50 x 4 mm) (2 sections of 1 metre, 1 of 2 metres and 2 of 3 metres).

The trusses are made of extruded aluminium (Alloy: EN-AW 6082 T6) with continuous TIG welding to ensure maximum strength. All the trusses that make up the modular structure have been designed with a double ladder and are fitted with specially designed internal cross members to prevent any type of deformation or twisting of the structure. For maximum safety and strength when assembling the mast-structure modules, the trusses are fixed using a reinforced double joining system ref. UTR-05: Solid aluminium joining system with double anchoring using bolts and pins.

▪ LIFTING THE LOAD

For easy lifting of the modular tower, the base section incorporates a hinge system that allows the entire structure to be mounted in a horizontal position and then lifted manually or with the help of the electric hoist and the Ref. BC-TMD lifting system (not included), to be able to place the mast in its vertical position (working position) without any effort.

▪ LIFTING TROLLEY

The tower is equipped with a three-sided lifting trolley (REF. CRR-548) made of aluminium (Alloy: EN-AW 6082 T6) which includes the adapter for fitting the electric hoist. The trolley is equipped with sixteen high-strength rollers for perfect sliding along the mast sections. The trolley is designed for the use of 520 x 520 mm square trusses (standard sizes). ▪ BASE

Compact base made of aluminium (Alloy: EN-AW 6082 T6) measuring 726 x 726 mm with four heavy duty levellers to stabilise and distribute the load and four 100 mm swivel castors with bearings for easy transport and handling. The base incorporates four removable legs with telescopic design equipped with a heavy duty independent leveller. Its telescopic design allows for reduced storage and transport space.
