SECURITY GUARANTEED:

The ELC-730 lift is equipped with Two safety systems ; guaranteeing maximum safety during the lifting and lowering process of loads:

  1. Self-braking winch of the Austrian manufacturer AL-KO Ref. AL-KO 450 (450 Kg). The winch's self-braking system prevents recoil and stops the load at the desired height; once the desired height is reached, when the winch lever is released, its brake mechanism starts to act, preventing recoil and stopping the load.
  2. ASB system (Automatic Locking Safety System)Rack mechanism with safety pins. In the event of extreme cable breakage, the system would immediately block the tower section, preventing any shifting of the load.

This lift is built using the most advanced welding equipment to ensure maximum safety and strength, always meeting the strength, maneuverability and lightness requirements required for lifting loads.

The ELC-730 lifting towers comply with safety requirements according to the following rules and regulations:

  • DGUV Regulation 17 & 18
  • DGUV Rule 115-002
  • DIN 56950-1
  • 2006/42/EC

VERY IMPORTANT: ELC TOWERS ARE NOT MADE FOR LIFTING PEOPLE.

BASE:

Compact steel base with Epoxy finish (double treatment), with 2 heavy-duty wheels (Ø 100 mm) for easy handling and transport of the tower (wheelbarrow type).

Its four removable legs are equipped with double-step and speed levelling spindles, with non-slip discs for a perfect fit to all types of surfaces.

TELESCOPIC PROFILES:

The lifting tower is made up of 4 high-strength steel profiles/sections with a special Epoxy paint finish for outdoors. Its finish allows us to assemble the lifting tower outdoors, ensuring its good maintenance and preventing the rusting of its parts.

The sections are equipped with:
to) Oversized bushing welded at its terminal for further reinforcement.
b) Special adjustment system to avoid clearances between the sections (on all four sides).
c) Double pulley forwarding.
d) Protective plates to cover the pulleys; avoiding damage during handling and transport of the tower and preventing the cable from coming out of them.
e) The last section is provided with a reinforcing sleeve with ergonomically designed metal knob.

LIFTING THE LOAD:

The load is lifted using a self-braking manual winch Ref. AL-KO 450 (450 kg), which prevents recoil and stops the load at the desired height (when the crank is released, the winch locks the load in place, preventing recoil).

The sections are extended by means of sets of pulleys with bearings and galvanized steel cable (Composition: 7×19+0) specially designed for lifting loads (DIN 3060).

Note: The telescopic sections are fixed at the desired height using locking devices (essential during use).

The tower is provided with a bubble level to facilitate its vertical adjustment.

TRANSPORT:

Its small size and lightweight, compact design allow for easy and comfortable handling to your workplace, and it can be transported in any car.
