Lightweight and compact mechanical lifting telescopic tower, specially designed to facilitate transportation once folded. The ELC-720 tower is certified for lifting loads of up to 125 kg to a maximum height of 3.50 meters.

GUARANTEED SECURITY:
The ELC-720 elevator is provided with two safety systems; guaranteeing maximum reliability during the process of lifting and lowering loads.
1. Self-braking winch AL-KO 450 (450 kg). The lifting of the load is carried out using a self-braking manual winch AL-KO 450 (450 Kg), which prevents recoil and stops the load at the desired height (when the handle is released, the winch locks the load in place, avoiding the recoil).
2. ASB system (Automatic Locking Security System): Zipper mechanism with safety pins. The tower sections have a rack system with perforations, in which one of the safety pins would be anchored (in the extreme case of cable breakage), immediately blocking the tower section and thus preventing any movement of the load.
The ELC-720 tower is certified with safety standards: DGUV Regulation 17 & 18, DGUV Rule 115-002, DIN 56950-1 and 2006/42/CE.
Very important: ELC-720 towers are not manufactured for lifting people.
BASE:
Compact base, composed of four stabilizing legs with a folding design, made of steel with a textured black paint finish (Epoxy) with double treatment for outdoor use.
The legs include a non-slip rubber pad at the end.
TELESCOPIC PROFILES:
Its three telescopic sections with a reinforcement bushing at the end are made of high-resistance steel with a special epoxy paint finish for outdoors. Its finish allows us to assemble it outdoors, guaranteeing good maintenance of the tower and preventing rust of any of its parts.
The sections are extended using sets of pulleys with bearings and a Ø 4 mm anti-twist steel cable with an internal galvanized steel thread (Composition: 7×19+0) specially designed for lifting loads, DIN 3060.
Note: The telescopic sections are fixed at the desired height using locking devices (essential during use).
The protective plates that cover all the pulleys and roller-exit, cable fulfill a double function: to prevent them from being damaged during handling and transport of the tower and to prevent the cable from coming out of the pulleys.
TRANSPORT:
Its small dimensions and light and compact design allow for comfortable and easy handling to your workplace, and can be transported in any car.
