MACKIE THUMP118S - 18" 1400W Self-Powered PA Subwoofer
The Mackie Thump118S is an 18" powered subwoofer designed to bolster any PA system with deep, dynamic bass. Its 1400W peak Class-D amplifier delivers consistent, reliable power, while the “Built-Like-A-Tank™” design ensures durability for touring and live performances. Equipped with a high-efficiency 457mm woofer, it reproduces frequencies from 30Hz to 150Hz (–10dB) with a peak SPL of 132dB , taking the listening experience to new levels.
To adapt it to the space and musical style, it features selectable voicing modes (Flat, Deep, Punch, and Variable) and a variable crossover that allows you to adjust the crossover frequency between the subwoofer and the main speakers. It includes a phase reverse switch, level control (-6 dBu to +6 dBu), and the ability to operate in mono or stereo for configurations with one or two subwoofers.
The connection section offers two balanced XLR inputs and four XLR outputs (two high-pass and two full-range) for easy integration into speaker chains. It features an integrated M20 pole mount for elevating satellite speakers and ergonomic handles on the top corners for easy transport. A switchable front LED indicates power status without distracting the audience.
