ACTIVE STUDIO MONITOR 'The T5V is a very affordable two-way nearfield monitor optimized for working in small control rooms. With its 5-inch woofer, the T5V's bass response extends down to 45 Hz. The new U-ART tweeter is a revolutionary solution for use in high-resolution recording and mixing, even for customers on a budget. The same tweeter is used in all ADAM ranges, even the highest ones. It goes up to 25 kHz and is coupled to a precision waveguide with the same dispersion control attributes as the S series' high-frequency propagation.
The waveguide (HPS) used in ADAM Audio’s flagship S-Series monitors produces a highly even dispersion of high frequencies, providing an incredibly wide listening ‘sweet spot’, freeing us from being restricted to a very narrow mixing position while working, which is very comfortable and convenient as we don’t have to give up our space to other crew members if necessary.
A speaker cabinet with an elegant beveled-edge design and a rear bass reflex port, a very small base size allowing it to be placed anywhere in your room, no matter how small your room or work table is, and it is equipped with DSP to control the crossover and equalization, and it also has multiple analog connections.
Equipped with a powerful 50W Class D amplifier for the woofer and a 20W Class D amplifier for the U-ART tweeter, the T5V is capable of producing SPLs of up to 106 dB per pair.
Excellent acoustic characteristics, small dimensions, and a superb price/performance ratio make this studio monitor perfectly suited for use in small control rooms for music, video production, and radio and television production. And just in case you need more bass, the T5V is compatible with the ADAM Sub7 and Sub8 subwoofers and the recently released T10S.
