Frequently Asked Questions

Is it difficult to install?
Installation requires cutting a hole in the wall for the amplifier and in the ceiling for the speakers, similar to installing a socket or light fixture. It is recommended that installation be carried out by someone with basic electrical and DIY knowledge or by a professional. The kit includes the recessed junction box and the necessary wiring.

Are the speakers moisture resistant?
The speakers do not have a specific water resistance (IP) rating, so it is recommended that they be used indoors or in covered outdoor areas protected from direct exposure to water, such as porches or covered terraces.

Can I connect more than two speakers to the amplifier?
The amplifier is designed to power the two 8-ohm speakers included in the kit (connected in parallel for a 4-ohm load). Connecting additional speakers is not recommended, as it could overload the amplifier.

Can the speaker grille be painted?
Yes, the metal speaker grille can be carefully spray-painted to match the exact color of your ceiling, achieving an even more discreet visual integration.

What is the range of the Bluetooth connection?
Thanks to Bluetooth 5.0 technology, the wireless connection range is approximately 10 meters in open spaces, although this may vary depending on obstacles such as walls or furniture.
