Power Dynamics BD30B - Indoor/Outdoor Wall Mounted Speaker Set in Black

The Power Dynamics BD30B is a versatile set of passive speakers designed to deliver clear, crisp sound both indoors and outdoors. Thanks to its robust construction and IPX5 rating, this audio system is the perfect solution for those seeking durability and reliable acoustic performance regardless of the weather. Its compact and elegant black design allows for discreet integration into any wall, whether on a patio, in a garden, by a pool, or even in marine applications.

Each speaker is equipped with a 3-inch full-range transducer that reproduces mid and high frequencies with exceptional fidelity. To enhance the low-frequency response, a passive bass radiator is cleverly mounted at the rear of the enclosure. This combination ensures a balanced and fuller sound than one might expect from a speaker of this size. The housing is constructed from high-strength, UV-protected ABS plastic, while the aluminum grille protects the internal components from corrosion and impacts, guaranteeing a long lifespan even outdoors.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the price for a single speaker or for a pair?
The Power Dynamics BD30B is supplied as a set, meaning you will receive two speakers in the package.

Do I need an amplifier to make them work?
Yes, these are passive speakers, so they require connection to an external amplifier with an 8-ohm impedance to function.

What does the IPX5 rating mean?
The IPX5 rating ensures that the speakers are protected against low-pressure water jets from any direction, making them suitable for withstanding rain and splashes.

Can they be painted to match the color of my wall?
Although the ABS casing could be painted with the appropriate plastic preparation and paint, it is recommended to consult with a professional to avoid affecting the integrity of the product or its weather resistance.
