The Korg modwave module condenses all the power of the modwave mkII into a 19" module format for desktop or rack mounting, while maintaining the same panel and workflow. Its deep wavetable engine combines more than 200 tables (up to 64 shapes per table), 30+ Modifiers to alter their character, 13 real-time Morph types and the exclusive A / B Blend to mix two wavetables with phase precision. Together with Kaoss Physics (X / Y control with modulable “physics”) and Motion Sequencing 2.0 (independent Lanes to create organic phrases), it offers a modern, flexible and highly controllable sonic palette. The module version also adds compatibility with MIDI 2.0 Property Exchange and Polyphonic Aftertouch via MIDI, becoming the ideal companion for current controllers. All this with 60 stereo voices , dual layers per Performance, quality effects and balanced connectivity to integrate it cleanly into any studio.
