The Korg E1 Air Black is a cabinet-sized digital piano with a minimalist design and a flat top that combines elegant aesthetics with high-level sound performance. Made entirely in Japan , it integrates the 88-note RH3 (Real Weighted Hammer Action 3) weighted keyboard with real graduation, offering a touch close to that of a grand piano for precise and expressive performance. Beneath its compact profile of just 35 cm deep , it incorporates the new EvoTone power system, an internal power circuit designed to reduce noise and distortion and thus enhance the detail, dynamics and clarity of the sound at any volume.

The stereo PCM engine delivers 30 high-quality sounds , including two distinct Italian concert grand pianos , electric pianos, organs, a clavinet, a vibraphone, an acoustic guitar, strings, and more. For on-the-fly mix polish, there are Brilliance, Reverb, and Chorus (3 levels each), plus damper resonance and key release simulation on the main pianos. The acoustic system, with 12cm front-facing speakers and 2x40W amplification, is tuned to project clearly even against a wall, delivering solid bass, balanced mids, and shimmering highs. The Stereo Sound Optimizer feature enhances the spatial sense when playing with headphones.

The E1 Air features modern connectivity: Bluetooth Audio (A2DP) for wireless music streaming from your phone, and USB MIDI/AUDIO (Type-B) for integration with a computer or tablet. It completes the studio section with a LINE IN/OUT jack, two headphone outputs, and a three-pedal unit (damper, sostenuto, and soft) with half-pedal damper and soft controls.
