The JBL Professional MTC-25WMG-1 is the replacement WeatherMax™ grille for the Control 25-1 and Control 25-1L loudspeakers. Its construction incorporates multi-layer WeatherMax™ foam and a tightly woven vapor barrier mesh to help break up pressurized rain and protect the front of the speaker in harsh environments without compromising aesthetics. Combined with the MTC-PC2 or MTC-PC3 terminal covers, it raises the system’s environmental protection from IP44 to IP55 (IEC 529). This version is supplied in black ; a white variant is available ( MTC-25WMG-1-WH ).
