Ceiling Speaker 8138 The 8138 is an 8" in-ceiling speaker designed for use with a pre-installed in-ceiling enclosure, resulting in high-fidelity performance at a cost-effective price. The 8138 is ideal for a wide variety of commercial audio applications, from restaurants and retail stores to professional offices and reception areas. Characteristics Elegant and contemporary appearance. Clear sound with an 8-inch full-range cone. Very high sensitivity of 97 dB for maximum sound levels using minimum amplifier power. 6W transformer for use on 70V/100V distributed speaker lines. Installs in rear roof boxes that have 4 mounting points on an 11.25" (286 mm) diameter mounting circle. For use with the MTC-81BB8 pre-installation box and the MTC-81TB8 bridge.
