The JBL Professional Control 60PS/T-WH is a high-impact, in-line subwoofer designed to deliver extended bass and punch in background/foreground music systems with high ceilings or open architecture. It features a 125 Hz passive crossover with outputs for satellite speakers (2 or 4 speakers) and operates on both low 8 Ω impedance and 70/100 V line voltage thanks to its 100 W multi-outlet transformer. This package includes two units in white (-WH) , ideal for commercial installations that demand discreet aesthetics and reliable performance.
Its 200 mm (8″) long-throw woofer uses a polypropylene-coated paper cone and butyl surround for controlled bass and moisture resistance. The 50 mm voice coil and fiberglass resin former ensure thermal stability and solid transient response in continuous operation. With 150 W of power (pink noise, 100 h) and 300 W program , a sensitivity of 88 dB (2.83 V/1 m) , and a maximum SPL of 107 dB average / 113 dB peak , the Control 60PS/T delivers the bass reinforcement lacking in compact satellite systems such as the Control 62P , Control 52 , or Control 42C .
Installation is quick and safe: it includes two suspension systems (main and backup) with 4.5 m galvanized steel cables and infinitely height-adjustable Gripple turnbuckles (SWL 45 kg per cable). The HIPS enclosure and paintable zinc-plated steel grille offer IP44 (splashproof) protection and exceed MIL-Spec 810 environmental testing. It features a Loop Out connector for daisy-chaining input signals and rubber covers to protect the terminals; as an option, the MTC-PC60 top cover provides additional protection for covered outdoor applications.
