The JBL Professional AW295 is a high-power passive loudspeaker designed for demanding indoor and outdoor fixed installations. It combines a 300mm JBL 2262H woofer with Differential Drive® technology (dual voice coil and dual air gap) and a JBL 2432H compression driver (1.5" exit, 3" voice coil), coupled to a large-format PT™ (Progressive Transition) waveguide with a 90° × 50° pattern. The horn is rotatable , allowing it to maintain proper directivity in both vertical and horizontal mounting, ensuring uniform coverage and low distortion.
The system offers flexible integration into 8 Ω or distribution lines thanks to its internal 400 W transformer for 70/100 V with selectable taps. Its all-weather construction is truly exceptional: a 100% hand-laminated fiberglass enclosure with internal bracing and a three-layer stainless steel grille (14/16-gauge, with open-cell foam and mesh) to withstand rain, humidity, dust, and salt spray, with an IP55C environmental rating . It is supplied with a corrosion-resistant U-shaped mounting bracket . Available in gray (gel-coat similar to Pantone 420C) and black . How does the AW295 differ from the AW295-LS? The AW295-LS adds sealed components and specific certifications for human safety (EN 54-24). The standard AW295 shares the same acoustic architecture but is not EN 54-24 certified.

Can the horn be rotated to mount the speaker horizontally? Yes. The PT™ guide is rotatable to maintain the 90° × 50° pattern in any orientation.
