The JBL Professional AC28-95-WH is a compact , 2-way full-range loudspeaker from the AE Compact family, in white (-WH) finish , engineered to deliver maximum bandwidth , high SPL , and an unobtrusive visual presence in fixed installations. It features two × 8″ JBL 228J ( Symmetrical Field Geometry SFG™ technology, 64 mm voice coil) and a 1″ exit 2408H-1 compression driver (38 mm voice coil) over a rotatable PT™ waveguide with 90° × 50° coverage , maintaining directivity in both vertical and horizontal orientations. The 2 kHz passive crossover includes a switchable driver to ensure pattern accuracy when rotating the horn, while Filtered Array Technology (FAT™) controls the two woofers for smooth power response and consistent coverage.

The enclosure is constructed from 12/15mm multi-ply plywood with a white DuraFlex™ finish and a 16 gauge steel grille with acoustic foam (fabric on white units). For installation, it offers 6 × M8 points (1 top, 3 bottom, 2 rear) and 4 × M8 rear points compatible with MultiMount® MM-120-BT , plus optional MTU-28 U-bracket and foot accessories. Connectivity combines 2 × Neutrik Speakon® NL4 in parallel with shrouded CE terminals (up to 5.2 mm² or 9 mm spade). With a sensitivity of 94 dB (1 W/1 m) , max. SPL 120 dB. With 120 dB , 8 Ω impedance , and IEC 375/750/1500 W and 700 W AES power ratings, the AC28-95-WH delivers powerful performance in theaters, auditoriums, houses of worship, sports venues, and themed venues. It features FIR tunings and preset libraries for Crown amplification (CDi/DCi/I-Tech HD).
