The 9310 Cinema Surround offers a high 350-watt power handling capability, high sensitivity, and extended bass response in an innovative design. The two-way 9310 features new transducer technologies, waveguide, and horn designs specifically developed to produce studio-quality performance with pattern control tailored to modern theater geometries. Combining JBL’s Picture Control Technology and new asymmetrical wave-shaping techniques, the 9310 surround features an integral wave-shaping fin to distribute acoustic energy in proper proportion to the room. This technique provides a wavefront that conforms to the room geometry and delivers very precise coverage capability. The 9310 features a high-power, long-throw 250 mm (10-inch) low-frequency driver for smooth, extended bass response. The high-frequency section utilizes a 25 mm (1-inch) composite diaphragm compression driver with high output capability. The unique, advanced textured black molded enclosure with open high-frequency horn and black grille will enhance any decor. Built to traditional JBL quality standards, the 9310 will withstand long-term use, even in adverse conditions, while delivering superb performance.
