The JBL Professional Control 30 is a three-way loudspeaker designed to deliver extended bandwidth , exceptionally smooth response , and controlled 120° × 110° coverage in professional applications. Its architecture combines a 250 mm (10") fiberglass/Kevlar® woofer , a 125 mm (5") anodized aluminum midrange driver , and a 25 mm (1") titanium diaphragm compression driver , along with a complex crossover network and SonicGuard® protection. It features a 150 W transformer for 70/100 V with taps (70 V: 150/75/38/19 W; 100 V: 150/75/38 W) and a 4 Ω bypass for low impedance. Available in white (-WH) with a paintable finish.
Its all-weather construction is geared towards outdoor reliability: a HIPS enclosure with internal polyurethane foam reinforcement, a steel grille with WeatherMax™ foam , and an IEC 529 IP-X5 environmental rating (tested to Mil Spec 810 and Mil-Std-202F). It comes with an InvisiBall® mounting kit and offers ten M6 suspension points or an optional U-bracket . The entry panel uses screw terminals with MTC-PC2 watertight covers for secure connection in demanding installations.
