The JBL Professional COL800 is a sleek, passive floorstanding speaker designed to blend discreetly into architectural spaces without compromising on professional-level performance. Its array incorporates four 125 x 55 mm "racetrack" woofers and two 20 mm tweeters positioned at the top, angled at a native −10° to project energy towards the listening area even when the cabinet is mounted flat against a wall. It offers very wide horizontal (160°) and focused vertical (60°) coverage, with a frequency response of 85 Hz–20 kHz (−10 dB) and a maximum SPL of 116 dB peak .
Its system versatility is complete: the COL800 integrates a 60W multi-socket transformer for 70/100V lines and also a direct 8Ω input . The slim design (only 93mm deep) complies with ADA requirements when flush-mounted, and its IP54 construction with hydrophobic treatment of the grid and terminal cover provides protection against dust and splashes (with the cover installed and without positive tilt of the cabinet). It is supplied with two L-brackets for close-to-wall mounting and a low-profile , swivel/tilt wall bracket for fine-tuning the orientation.
