The KORG handytraxx play reimagines the iconic “Handy Trax” concept in a modern way: a portable turntable that plays, mixes, and lets you play along with vinyl anywhere. Developed with Toshihide Nakama (co-creator of the original Handy Trax), it features digital effects (filters and delay), a built-in looper , and a high-quality, smooth-response crossfader for portability and scratch practice. Its architecture combines belt drive with digital rotation correction to maintain a stable speed, a die-cast aluminum platter, and a redesigned tonearm that supports both ceramic (included) and MM cartridges .

With a built-in 2.5W speaker , mains or 6 AA battery power , and a compact design (lid with handle), the Handytraxx Play is a complete solution for listening, practicing, and creating without the need for external equipment. The panel can be reoriented for right- or left-handed use and features fader reverse .
