The Electro-Voice EVOLVE50-KB is a three-piece active floorstanding system (subwoofer, pole and column) that delivers EV’s renowned sound quality in a sleek, easy-to-transport format. Its architecture combines a 12” subwoofer in a 15mm plywood enclosure with a column of 8 x 3.5” neodymium drivers , powered by a 1000W Class D amplifier ( 500W LF + 500W HF ) and managed by QuickSmart DSP . The result is a defined response from 43Hz – 20kHz (±3dB) — 37Hz – 20kHz (-10dB) —, up to 127dB SPL and wide, even 120° × 40° coverage with asymmetrical vertical control (directed towards seated and standing audiences).

The panel incorporates 2 combo XLR/TRS MIC/LINE inputs , 1 3.5mm mini jack input , 1 stereo RCA input , 1 Bluetooth audio input , plus 1 XLR THRU output and 1 XLR MIX OUT output . The single-knob interface with LCD allows you to select presets (Music/Live/Speech/Club), apply 3-band EQ , delay , +15V phantom power and save 5 user memories . With the EV QuickSmart Mobile (BLE) app you can control and monitor up to 6 EVOLVE 50 systems simultaneously and receive status alerts; simultaneous Bluetooth playback on multiple systems is transmitter dependent . The set up takes seconds: aluminum pole with magnetic coupling to the sub and column that fits into gravity; a carrying bag for both column and pole is included.
