ACTIVE STUDIO MONITOR The D3V is a fully active desktop monitoring system, ideal for songwriters, producers, and music lovers looking to enjoy ADAM Audio sound quality in a convenient and affordable way.
Available in black or white, these monitors feature the iconic gold ribbon tweeter, maintaining ADAM Audio's tradition of German industrial design.
Each active monitor features 3.5" aluminum woofers and a ferrite magnet system powered by 80W amplifiers. These woofers are complemented by 3.5" dual-sided passive radiators, allowing the D3V to reach frequencies as low as 45Hz.
With 25 years of experience in ribbon tweeter technology, ADAM Audio has developed the compact 1.5" D-ART ('Desktop Accelerated Ribbon Tweeter'), which provides the precise, fatigue-free high-frequency reproduction that is a hallmark of its monitor systems.
The D3V features a USB-C input, allowing it to function as a digital output device when connected to a computer, eliminating the need for an additional audio interface. It also offers plug-and-play compatibility with mobile devices, ensuring high-quality audio without compression or conversion. It also includes balanced 1/4" TRS inputs for traditional analog audio applications.
The D3V's left speaker features switches that allow you to adjust the acoustics based on the monitor's placement, and its front panel includes a headphone output and a volume knob that also controls audio input selection, muting, and other functions.
The system includes detachable stands with a 15° angle toward the listener, and both monitors have a standard 3/8" threaded hole for mounting on microphone stands.

The plug-and-play USB-C input makes the D3V ADAM Audio's most versatile monitoring system, allowing direct digital connection to computers, mobile phones, and tablets without the need for an additional audio interface, facilitating lossless audio playback.

The D3V's rear panel includes switches for adjusting room acoustics, with specific modes for speaker placement, desk size, and ambient acoustic treatment. It also offers balanced analog inputs for traditional audio equipment connections.
