Characteristics

• TRUE RACK DENSITY: 300W or 600W power points in 2/4/8-channel configurations, all in a 2U form factor. More channels in an enclosure enable smaller infrastructure rooms, which can reduce operating costs while giving you maximum installation flexibility.
• DIRECT DRIVE CONSTANT VOLTAGE: Save money by using lower-gauge wiring to drive speakers using 70V rms or 100V rms. Without the need for a step-up transformer on the output, the DCi produces higher audio quality much more efficiently.
• INDEPENDENT HI-Z/LOW-Z SELECTION: Drive one or two speakers in Low-Z mode, or literally hundreds of speakers in High-Z mode (70 Vrms or 100 Vrms). This means greater design flexibility, as DCi powers all loads channel by channel.
• BRIDGEABLE CHANNEL PAIRS: Unlike other manufacturers’ amplifiers, the DCi Series channels are bridgeable, even in 100 Vrms mode, meaning even more adaptability for higher-power applications such as subwoofers.
• REMOTE ON/OFF INTERFACE: Save energy by integrating the amplifier into a control system so you can easily turn it on and off.
• EFFICIENT COOLING DESIGN: Highly efficient internal cooling fans provide airflow to the heat-generating parts. Incorporating fans into the amplifier block design maximizes cooling and minimizes energy waste and noise.
• UNIVERSAL POWER SUPPLY WITH ADVANCED POWER FACTOR CORRECTION (PFC): The most advanced power supply in an installation amplifier delivers power more efficiently under almost any condition than any other, resulting in less dissipated power and less heat in your racks.
