PAIR OF ACTIVE STUDIO MONITORS The Mackie CR4.5 Creative Reference powered studio monitors combine professional-quality sound with a tone-shaping knob for going from studio reference to casual listening or party mode. With a selection of inputs and switchable desktop and bookshelf modes, the Mackie CR4.5 may be the only speakers you ever need.
TONE CONTROL
:
Use the tone control knob to shape your sound, starting with the transparent response you expect from studio monitors. Turn the knob to gradually boost the bass and add sparkle to the treble—perfect for using the CR4.5 as gaming surround speakers, casual listening speakers, or loud party speakers.
PLACEMENT SWITCH:
Toggle the placement switch between tabletop speaker mode and bookshelf speaker mode to optimize the CR4.5 for any location. Use tabletop mode for close listening (like in the studio) and bookshelf mode for distant listening (like from the couch).

Connect audio interfaces, mixers, turntables, and other playback devices with TRS, RCA, and 3.5mm connectors.
HEADPHONE OUTPUT:
Switch to silent listening with the built-in headphone output: simply plug in your headphones to mute the speaker.
