The KORG i3 MB is a speaker-free backing keyboard designed to turn ideas into full-fledged productions in seconds. With 61 full-size, velocity-sensitive keys and a Stereo PCM engine , it offers 790 sounds and 59 kits (including GM bank), organized into 200 Sound Sets to combine up to three layers in the upper zone and a lower split . Its 270 Styles with dedicated controls (intros, variations, fills, breaks and endings) and the Set List system (10 banks × 5 positions) speed up live performance and set preparation. All this is housed in a lightweight 4 kg chassis, finished in matte black (MB) , which runs on an adapter or 6 AA batteries .

The i3 features two stereo effects processors for the keyboard parts and two for the accompaniment, with 173 variations in total, plus fast EQ (Low/High) on the panel. The 16-track sequencer records up to 999 songs (≈100,000 notes), and the player supports SMF 0/1 , MP3 , and WAV . You can also record audio directly to a USB flash drive in 44.1 kHz/16-bit WAV and play along with it while it plays.
