The AKG PT470BD9-50 is the professional bodypack in the WMS470 series configured for Band 9 , with a 50 mW power version ( 10/50 mW selectable according to regulations). It offers infrared synchronization from the SR470 receiver, a pilot tone to avoid power-up noise, advanced battery management with hour indication and integrated charging contacts for recharging in the CU400 base without removing the battery. With a 3-pin mini XLR input (TB3M/TA3F) it accepts AKG MicroMics microphones (lavalier, headset, instruments) and the MKG L instrument cable. The audio link is wide and clean ( 35 Hz–20 kHz , SNR >120 dB(A) , THD ≤0.7% ) and the autonomy reaches up to 14 hours with a AA lithium battery.
