The Electro-Voice 309A is the professional suspension mount designed specifically for the RE20 , RE27N/D and RE320 side-address dynamic microphones. Its “ broadcast orientation ” architecture keeps the microphone stable in the classic radio position and effectively isolates vibrations, table shocks and noise transmitted by the mic stand or arm. The capsule is suspended by four neoprene cords within an aluminum and ABS frame, providing remarkable mechanical decoupling and an immediate improvement in intelligibility in voiceover, podcasting and studio work. The design allows for quick, tool-free installation and features a dual-security system (bayonet lock and set screw) to keep the microphone secure even under intensive use. It comes with a 5/8”-27 stand adapter and rotates 360° for a comfortable fit on music stands, boom arms and articulating arms. Finished in black .
