The KORG Pa700 ORIENTAL is the specialized Middle Eastern version of KORG’s renowned arranger. It features a mini physical Quarter Tone SubScale keyboard with 4 presets for instantly applying and customizing quarter-tone scales , plus an extensive library of additional Oriental sounds and styles . Based on the EDS-X engine, it offers over 1,700 sounds (including multi-layer stereo piano with damper and snare resonance), 106 drum kits , DNC , and digital drawbar organs. 128-voice polyphony , a 7” capacitive TouchView touchscreen, and a 2 × 25 W bass-reflex speaker system ensure power and control in live performance and in the studio.

Its backing environment includes over 370 factory Styles and 1,152 user Style memories ( User and Direct banks), a Chord Sequencer and a Style Creator Bot for converting a MIDI file into a complete Style. The dual media player handles MIDI/MP3/MP3+G with lyrics and graphics via HDMI , and the unit can record MP3 audio of your performance (keyboard, Styles, microphone, guitar and effects). It includes KAOSS FX for real-time morphing and effects, a Voice Processor (EQ, compressor, gate, reverb, delay) and Guitar FX . It supports KORG, WAV, AIFF and SoundFont samples , with 256 MB of (compressed) PCM user memory. In terms of connectivity, in addition to MIDI DIN , it also supports MIDI via USB HOST for external controllers (KORG nano/micro, digital pianos, etc.), 960 MB of internal storage , a microSD slot and USB ports.
