The KORG Pa300 is a 61-key velocity-sensitive arranger keyboard that integrates a powerful sound system with an intuitive, tactile workflow. Based on RX (Real eXperience) technology, it offers over 950 sounds and 64 drum kits with resonant filters, full sound and kit editing, plus 128-note polyphony . Its 5" color TouchView display makes it easy to access Styles, Sounds, the sequencer, and Libraries via instant search. Internal 2x13W amplification drives two 10cm (dual-cone) bass-reflex speakers , providing punch and clarity for practicing or performing in small spaces without additional equipment.

The accompaniment engine includes over 310 fully editable factory styles , with professional structure (3 intros, 4 variations, break , 4 fills and 3 endings) and features like Guitar Mode 2 , Auto Fill , Bass Inversion or Manual Bass . It has 4 Pads with Stop button to trigger phrases and effects, 240 Performance and SongBook memories with custom lists, filtering and automatic selection of the playback mode. The dual player in Song Play mode acts as a jukebox compatible with SMF and MP3 , displaying lyrics (CGD compatible format) and score ; the MP3 player allows transposition (+6/-5 semitones) and tempo change (±30%) .

For mixing and finishing, the Pa300 features 4 stereo multi-effects blocks with 125 effect types , 4-band parametric EQ on the master bus, and 3-band EQ per track . The 16-track sequencer supports fast backing sequence recording, multitrack or step recording with up to 100,000 events , and SMF export. Load while Play lets you load assets while you're playing.

Connectivity wise, it offers USB Type A for pendrives (mass storage) and USB Type B with USB-MIDI (8 user MIDI presets). It includes a headphone output and unbalanced stereo main outputs , plus an assignable pedal/damper input . Power supply via external adapter (100–240 V~). Since system versions v1.5/v2.x, full Sound Edit and 32 MB memory for user samples (loading/editing multisamples and kits in Pa-Series format) have been added. Included accessories: music stand, adapter and mains cable, quick start guide (since June 2020, videos/manuals can be downloaded online).

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it come with 5-pin MIDI?
No. The Pa300 uses USB-MIDI (USB Type B port). For 5-pin DIN devices, a suitable interface/adapter is required.

Can I charge while playing?
Yes, the multitasking system allows Load while Play to load resources without stopping playback.

Does it record audio in MP3?
The Pa300 plays MP3s with pitch/tempo shifting. Recording is via MIDI into the sequencer (SMF).

Does it include a DVD with manuals?
Since June 2020, KORG has been distributing videos and manuals via online download; a physical disc is no longer included.
